Q: What is the warranty period?
A: One year from the date of shipment.
Q: Do you offer Trade Assurance service?
A: Yes. Transactions through Trade Assurance are safe for both of us.

A: For the first cooperation, samples and shipping fees need to be charged. After testing, we will ship within 3-5 business days. The sample cost will be refunded after confirming the bulk order.

A: To support your business, we accept small trial orders. However, please note that arrangements may be difficult during peak seasons.
